When you exfoliate your skin regularly, you effectively unclog your pores. A good pick is the soul sisters prickly pear face scrub, as it is not too harsh or too drying. It eliminates dead skin cells and dirt buildup leaving your skin smooth and glowing. The scrub could be used up to 3 times per week and has shown excellent skin results.

5. Remove your make up

Sleeping with your make up on will cause your pores to clog which will result in excess oil and will result in clog pores. clogged pores will result in all type of skin problems such acne, blackheads or irritated skin. When you remove your make up and cleanse your skin , you give your pore a chance to stay clean and healthy. If you skip cleaning your skin in the evening, you can at least remove your make up with a wipe. However do not make it a habit, wipes do not remove all of your makeup and they can leave behind pore-clogging residue. The best way to remove your make up is by double cleansing. Pre-cleanse by using a formula designed to gently remove all makeup then use your usual cleanser to remove impurities so you can sleep with a clean skin.
